SEVEN DEVILS RUM
Rum coming out of eastern Oregon?! That is correct. Stein Distillery offers a lovely rum product line. Using brown cane sugar and high-mountain glacier water to begin the mash, we distill the rum in a similar fashion as our whiskey, being able to retain the rich flavor of the sugar. Creating a rum that will mix excellently in any classic rum cocktail. Stein Distillery takes it a step further and ages the seven devils rum in either a used bourbon barrel or used rye whiskey barrel for about 3 years, creating an aged rum. The aged rum is highly unique with a distinct whiskey characteristic on the front of the palette and a sweet fruity finish.
