At one time, Rye Whiskey was the signature whiskey in the United States. It has a more assertive flavor than bourbon and its taste has brought back original drinks such as the Manhattan, Sazerac, and Ward 8 to cocktail menus. Stein’s Rye Whiskey is perfect served neat, as well as a fine addition to any one of these classic cocktails. Upon first taste, spice and caramel flavors weave over the palate with the sip finishing with a distinctive ping. We now offer the 2yr. old and 5 yr. old rye whiskey. WHISKEY
Stein Blended Whiskey stands-tall compared to other blends on the market because it is a true blend of 3 different straight grain whiskeys. Stein Blended Whiskey is savory on-the-rocks or as part of a Whiskey Spritzer with ginger ale and lime juice. It carries a nose of molasses, a hint of apricot and a cinnamon finish.

BOURBON
Bourbon remains an American tradition. Stein Distillery is proud to release the 1st Made-in-Oregon Bourbon, which rivals those of the American South. Stein’s Bourbon meets the nose with a whiff of honey and covers the palate with soft orange, ending with a toffee finish. Stein’s Bourbon is soothing straight or a perfect complement to an Old Fashioned, Boulevardier, or the iconic Mint Julep. We now offer the 2 yr. old and 5 yr. old bourbon.
